Use the return slip that came with the package and download the return form from the order confirmation received by email.

Return deadline

At Lanullva you have 30 days open purchase . For goods purchased in November or December, this deadline is extended to the end of January the following year.

For the return to be approved in its entirety, the product must be in unused condition with all tags intact. Please do not tape or write directly on the original packaging. If you have selected an invoice and need an extended payment deadline, you can log into your Klarna account and postpone. We recommend downloading Klarna's app for the best overview.

Goods to be returned

The amount paid is refunded to the same card/account that was used for payment. If you have selected invoice, this will be credited.

Change to another product

If you want to switch to more expensive or cheaper goods, you must place a new order, we cannot charge you for anything other than the original order amount. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send an item back and receive a different size automatically.

When we receive the return package, the purchase amount is refunded/credited from the original invoice. You decide for yourself whether you want to wait for the refund before placing a new order.

You can also exchange your product in Lanullva stores on presentation of a receipt/order confirmation.

When will I get the money back in my account?

Standard refund period of 2-3 working days when paying with Kort and Vipps.
